Brush pool regularly: More brushing than vacuuming is our recommendation. A large percentage of the dirt, dust, soil, etc. that sinks to the bottom can be brushed down and through main drain and will be caught in the filter
Keep you filter clean: Watch your pressure gauge when it’s creeping up to 25 psi you need to backwash or clean the filter. (This is what keeps your water clean and clear!)
Chemical abuse of the pool: Chemical abuse is considered to be any chemical levels that do not fall within the recommended ranges specified throughout the Use and Care Guide for an extended period of time.
The proper levels according to our Use and Care Guide are:

Maintaining Water Level in Your Pool: For best operation, keep the water level in your pool near the center of the skimmer. A lower level can cause damage to the pump and filter by allowing air into the system. A high level reduces the efficiency of the skimmer.
Do Not Drain Your Pool – Your Aquatic Technologies pool is designed to remain full of water at all times. If it is necessary to drain your pool, contact us for professional assistance.
In areas of high ground water, if the pool is drained without first relieving the hydrostatic pressure on the pool shell, the pool shell can buckle and crack. All damage to the pool shell resulting from draining the pool without professional assistance of your authorized Independent Fibre-Tech ä dealer is the owner’s responsibility.
Above the Water Line: The bathtub
ring, caused by body oils, suntan lotions, and contaminants from the air, is easily removed with warm water and an approved swimming pool surface cleaner for fiberglass, vinyl liner or painted pools.
Do NOT use abrasive cleaners, steel wool, metal scrapers, wire brushes, or metal tools, as these can damage the finish.
The Aquatic Technologies finish can be scratched just like any other gloss surface. The finish is seven to eight times thicker than a normal coat of paint, so it is not likely that scratches will be more than superficial. Generally you need not concern yourself with them.
